Together, you and I will work through adjustment issues, mental health issues, personal concerns, and/or anything that is presently causing stress or dissatisfaction in your life. Individual therapy typically lasts about 50-55 minutes and is a powerful tool for self-growth and making positive changes.
Families benefit from therapy by learning how to relate to and communicate with one another. We will learn to confront conflict in a way that benefits all members, and will establish new patterns that promote healthy relationships. Family therapy usually requires a 60-75 minute session.
Couples therapy requires commitment and desire for growth by each partner. In couples therapy, we will explore the needs of both you and your partner, facilitate healthy and ongoing communication, learn to work towards common goals, and ultimately strengthen your bond.
